Policies:

 

  • Minimum required on Weekends & Holidays

  • Holidays - add $30.00 per day

    1 night reservation requires full payment in advance

  • Reservations for 2 nights or more, require minimum 2 night deposit.

    - Senior Week reservations require 50% deposit

  • Balance due upon arrival (cash or credit card only)

  • Senior Citizens 10% special discount (Sunday through Thursday only except holidays and special events)

  • 10.5% (4.5% County Tax + 6% State Tax) not included in rate charts.

  • Deposit refundable only if cancellation occurs 10 days before arrival date (minus $25 service fee).     

    - High School Senior Week advance deposit non-refundable.

  • Confirmation upon request, only upon receipt of deposit.

  • Reservations will be held up until 8:00 pm (call if arriving late.)

  • NO PETS allowed

  • All Rooms NON-SMOKING

*Rooms with one double bed require a Security Deposit of $200, two doubles and two queens require Security Deposit of $200. Apt. requires a Security Deposit of $500. Security deposits should be paid in cash upon arrival and refunded in cash upon departure, provided no damages to room and no violations of motel policies.
*NO GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ARE PERMITTED IN MOTEL without the parent/legal guardian signed permission.
